Habits are the compound interest of self-improvement. The same way that money multiplies through compound interest, the effects of your habits multiply as you repeat them.
Self-discipline enables us to grasp hold of stepping stones towards our goals and the best vision new hold of ourselves. We pause and engage in a deliberate pace with careful placement of our feet. We move at a sustainable gait with our vision coming closer.
We now need to rebuild and begin the long journey to recover. Adopting a sustainable flow mentality with daily steps forward will be one method to reinforce a healthy mindset.
Let’s talk about what can happen if you suppress the emotions and concerns and do not share. Use of H.A.L.T. to step back froma relapse.
If we set event-based goals in the future, we reinforce the fact we do not have the thing we seek and may in fact increase the affirmation to our subconscious that we have a long way to go. We are in fact reinforcing the deficiency.
